プロトコル相互運用性
コアエンジンはプロトコル非依存です。MCP/A2A なしでもローカルで完結します。adapter は experimental であり、完全互換を名乗りません。

設計原則
- core engine = protocol 独立（JSON in / JSON out）
- adapter = experimental、外部ネットワーク 0、危険な MCP tool 0
- 「Agent 間通信 (A2A)」と「agent→tool (MCP)」の役割の違いを明記
- 既存論文スキーマを公式標準として扱わない
